I am Sarwat! A Nutritionist by Heart!
What could be more satisfying for you than to be the ‘nutritionist’ of your parents? And I am a proud nutritionist.
I belong to a family that cannot hold on to enjoy any evening without love dipped cuisines, and nothing can beat to have a TEA together where everyone has lists of day stories, fun chat, and shortfalls to share.
Being their dietician, I never forbidden them to have taste in their lives as I know food is life, and life is with food. I always try to manage their salt and pepper with a health plan without adding a big cross on these life essentials.
Although my mom is quite a diet conscious, for Dad, surviving on sugarless tea is hell to cope with it. That is where my story starts.
Adding to my good luck, my family not only gave me the power of taste but empowered me with intellectual wisdom. Since my childhood, I was a reader sort of person who reads whatever it is. Either it is any line of an old worn newspaper or the label of the medicine, that sometimes I couldn’t get, I used to read, and everyone appreciated.
As I am the youngest in my family with a scientific background, I never faced any hindrance in my career or anything else. My family supported me all the way. Today, I’m a Biotechnologist with deep knowledge of all food facts and their ups and downs in the body.
At the time when I graduated, there was no financial pressure on me, and I was smoothly enjoying life with the bites of scrumptious delights.
Later on, I realized that time is changing, and I have to take my life seriously. I started a job, but that was not a good fit for me. Sooner, I quit that and started looking at other alternatives. Thanks to my very good friend who was learning the writing skills and asked me to join. I recalled my habits and found it perfect. I joined that course and polished my skills. Side by side, I also kept an eye on the online webinars, the monthly session, and workshops. I tried not to miss a single chance and won the game.
After years of hardships, when I found myself sound, I planned to be practical and started a blog. I worked day and night to make it stand. Today, I’m much excited to tell you that it is giving me revenue far more than the job I quitted, but this is not the end.
My plans on Foodiideas
Today, I am not only able to make a difference in what is good or bad for me on a platter but can share with you all on Foodiideas. I express my food gratitude and give solutions to your food issues.
All of your food concerns are my first preference to address. Starting from what you can eat to stay healthy without punishing your taste buds, how you have to be gentle with your body in different situations, to many other complications are my prime concerns.
You are just like my family, and I am your nutritionist the same way I am of my parents. I will never suggest a meal that goes against your health. As I do not allow my family to make a missed shot with the food, I will choose the same for you.
