This Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Shake Recipe provides the right amount of cinnamon flavor but without any of the added hassles! A perfect deal for those who are always in a rush!

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Water

  • 6 Cubes Ice

  • 1 Scoop vanilla flavored protein powder

  • 1/4 ground cinnamon powder

  • Few Drops of Vanilla extract

  • EQUIPMENT
  • Ice Shaker

  • Measuring spoons and cups

Directions

  • In an ice shaker generously pour ice, protein powder, water, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Put the lid onto the ice shaker and shake shake shake!

  • A powerful blender (Preferably Nutri Bullet or Ninja)
  • Measuring scale
  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring cups
  • Serving glass

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of ice, crushed
  • 1 ½ cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
  • 25 grams or 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 100 grams of cream cheese, fat-free
  • 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp of sweetener, preferably 0 calorie
  • A serving of Whipped cream (optional)
  • A dash of ground cinnamon

Instructions to Make This Recipe in Steps:

  • Begin by crushing 3/4 cup of dry Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal in the blender until fine. Keep aside in a separate bowl.
